HONG KONG, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng has said Hong Kong will embrace new major development opportunities as a pivotal document outlining priorities for the country's next five-year plan makes important deployments to support the development of this special administrative region.
